Cyborg Ningyo

She is amazing! As cyborg, she previously was a human? A very brave girl, and evidently much carried away by the sea.
I think, as minimum, her arms and her torso also cybernetics, but covered by synthetic skin (as Motoko Kusanagi body). I think, she like show self out of the water to the waist (to breast ?) ) and scare mariners by her metal tail after. Similar real mermaid
However, I do not know if can be call creature with synthetic skin as naked. Or just full cyborg as naked...
It interesting, how she feel self now, after cut her lower body and transform upper into cybernetics, with this tail... She need to decrease some feelings or use some stimulation...
