Bare Knuckle

Mi consola favorita de todos los tiempos, MegaDrive, cumple hoy exactamente 25 años.

Esta chica es Blaze Fielding, uno de los personajes principales de todos los juegos de Streets of Rage de SEGA. A esta franquicia se la conoce originalmente en Japón como Bare Knuckle. Me gustan todos, sobre todo la segunda parte en MegaDrive, con una de las bandas sonoras más inolvidables de la historia, hecha por mi compositor favorito, Yûzô Koshiro.

He intentado dibujar a Blaze mezclando cosas de sus ropas de todos los juegos que ha protagonizado, y he querido hacerla fuerte y dura, pero también sexy. La postura fue realmente difícil para mí, pero por contra disfruté haciendo el brillo del sudor en su piel.

Como podéis ver, un personaje favorito de un juego favorito para una consola favorita con una banda sonora favorita compuesta por un compositor favorito.

My favourite videogame console of all time, MegaDrive (Genesis in the US), is exactly 25 years old today.

This girl is Blaze Fielding, one of the main characters in all Streets of Rage games created by SEGA. This franchise is originally known as Bare Knuckle in Japan. I like them a lot, especially the second one for MegaDrive, with one of the most unforgettable soundtracks in history, made by my favourite composer, Yûzô Koshiro.

I've tried to draw Blaze mixing stuff from her clothings in all games she has starred, and I wanted to make her tough and badass, but sexy too. The pose has been really difficult to me, but I've enjoyed doing sweat shining in her skin instead.

As you can see, a favourite character of a favourite game for a favourite console with a favourite soundtrack composed by a favourite composer.
